Aztec did a fantastic job, and we are all delighted with the finished environment. I was particularly grateful for their Finance assistance which allowed us to get this project off the ground. We didn’t realise that financing a fit-out project was even possible; it offered us significant tax savings as the repayments are 100% tax allowable. Having manageable monthly costs over an agreed term helped us a great deal and also allowed us to include several items that we may have put off at this stage. Consequently, we have protected our working capital for additional expansion plans and are now in a fantastic office looking forward to the future.
