Griffiths & Armour

Griffiths and Armour take 18,500sq ft at Princes Dock – a five-storey, Grade A office building – the largest fit-out project in Liverpool in 2019.

The brief involved creating movement within the office space, allowing G&A to work more cohesively and improve workflow between teams. Aztec incorporated a variety of spaces including hot desks, meeting rooms and private workspace, as well as informal areas for social interaction and relaxed workspace. The kitchen area was designed to create a social space for the team of 130, making interactions between separate teams more frequent and accessible.

The meeting spaces encompassed private booths, banquet social space, individual lounge chairs and a social collaboration table. The breakfast bar ‘The View’ showcases the view of the Mersey River and is a space designed for staff and clients, for both formal meetings and social events.
