Culture
We have built a reputation for our approach to on site practices. We are proactive in maintaining a positive culture across our company and work to ensure that respect for the client and the surrounding environment is at the forefront. We are pre-emptive in mitigating noise pollution, disruption and maintaining accessibility, shown in our H&S accreditations namely considerate constructor, safe constructor and CHAS to which we have long term commitment. We are passionate about challenging the stereotype of on-site practices and adhere to strict codes of conduct, which is realised through our positive client testimonials.
Sustainability
At Aztec, we understand the urgency of integrating sustainable practices. We endeavour to decrease waste output through our waste management policies, ensuring recycling and upcycling is carried out at source. We have acquired ISO 14001 and continue to build on this work, liaising with University of Liverpool to actively engage in the drive to net zero in business. This research has focused on air quality in offices and thermal recovery. Further testament to our commitment to sustainability is current plans to convert our joinery shop to solar power and move towards electric vehicles across the company.
