RS Clare

RS Clare was founded in Liverpool in 1748 at the start of the Industrial Revolution. They are the longest established company manufacturing lubricants in the United Kingdom. Despite their age, the company is innovative, dynamic and constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. This required updating their office and site facilities at their HQ in Liverpool; following a stringent interview process Aztec were appointed.

We understood the perimeters and touch stones of the project, making the development possible around their fully operational manufacturing site through phased delivery. The works required extensive technical changes to achieve the adaptions to a 250-year-old building. Aztec appointed Architects Constructive Thinking based on previous experience and proven partnership approach with a collective goal.

Aztec managed the d&b process, full specification detailing and technical qualifications on all specialist elements. We alleviated any concerns or distractions for RS Clare running their successful day to day operations by weekly progress reports, keeping the client well informed as well as identifying the specifics of the following week.
