Yanco – Estuary Business Park

Full Design and build project to create a new 45,000 square foot factory and offices by linking ten newly built industrial units together.

We built new offices over two floors including new staircases, to three newly constructed mezzanine and a new lift. Within the factory we provided warehousing, laboratories and production facilities (which were required to be ATEX rated). We also developed staff changing facilities, kitchen, welfare and WC facilities. The M&E required extensive and specialist design and development.
