After taking part in a competitive tender process, Aztec were appointed to help develop an existing office/warehouse into a modern distribution facility.  The project consisted of converting a shell specification into a fully designed commercial premises, consisting of workshop and office space.  We ensured that the transition from inception to handover was methodical, well-communicated and stress-free for the client.

Aztec provided a modern, designed suite of products to suit to the client’s brief. A particular concern was temperature control in the warehouse, which was resolved by providing a high performance, thermally efficient space heating system which eliminated all cold spots, described as a massive benefit by the operatives who use the facility daily. To the commercial area, Aztec built a bank of high performance seamless, single glazed individual offices with designed and installed new air conditioning and ventilation across both the ground and first floors. The building’s infrastructure was reconfigured and upgraded to include the power and data within the building along with a new LED lighting package to all areas.
