Aztec were appointed to Design and Build a new 5,000sq ft. portal framed industrial unit as additional warehousing space to increase capacity. The project was a standard specification build clad in composite sheet, whilst also incorporating dock loaders into the design to facilitate optimal delivery and collection of finished goods. Extensive surface water attenuation was installed on a tight site with minimal disruption to the client’s operation, which was the greatest challenge.
