Pelham Grove
A high end media installation within a basement conversion.
Aztec were invited to deliver a cost plus contract in order to achieve an exacting and high-end specification that delivered precise levels of detail for a sensory space. Aztec converted the basement of a Victorian Villa into a specification driven, design led media room. The project required underpinning the main house walls by traditional methods prior to reducing the main space down to formation, casting the new structural slab and fully tanking the structural element of the basement.
The internal works involved dry lining and insulating all basement walls presenting a monolithic finish, new acoustically treated ceilings including the concealment of the feature lighting within the media room, with bespoke manufactured joinery and acoustic attenuation panels and staircase. Colour palette decorative works throughout along with Premium Stone Amtico Flooring.
The commitment to a lifelong passion combined with our quality of workmanship is truly reflected from each angle of this project.
