In search of a larger floorplate to accommodate its growing team as well as an attractive space to welcome its clients, Hadlow Edwards found the perfect solution at the Old Brewery – an impressive listed building. The building lended itself to a design incorporating a combination of open plan workspace, meeting rooms and private offices, while also retaining the property’s period details.

Aztec provided a fully detailed specification setting out all required works, working around the building’s listing. This included bespoke joinery and furniture, M&E works, decoration and flooring, and fixtures and fittings.
