Wealth at Work group takes the largest letting in Liverpool for its headquarters as part of its continued growth & need for a digital environment.

Wealth at Work group (“the Group”) – a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist, has moved its headquarters after securing a new central location in Liverpool as part of its continued growth.

They have taken 20,423 sq. ft of office space at 5 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool, the largest letting in Liverpool City Centre’s commercial district since 2019.

The new office, which is in the heart of the business district, now occupies 150 of the Group’s employees with capacity to double – and is fitted with brand new state-of-the-art equipment to create quality digital communications. Aztec completed the refurbishment in January 2023, including a full M&E fitout, furniture and finishes, a new reception area and private booths for meetings.
