Wizu

Wizu Workspace have expanded their Leeds offering with its latest acquisition at 55 St Pauls Street. Working with Aztec Interiors the building has undergone an extensive refurbishment with both the interiors and exteriors upgraded. Launched in July 24, the building offers an extensive floorplate and can accommodate 250 workstations over the three floors covering 10,000sqft. Attracting one-person startups or established corporate companies the space offers private offices, coworking and virtual offices along with meeting rooms.

Aztec fitted extensive glass partitions to create cellular offices and meeting rooms. We adapted the existing ventilation systems and installed new AC. Existing lighting was upgraded and reconfigured to suit the new design, adding in design bespoke elements. New flooring and furniture were also supplied to create this impressive new facility for Wizu.
