Langtons is a leading independent firm of chartered accountants based in Liverpool helping clients achieve their financial ambitions. Offering high quality advice to businesses for over 150 years. There partner lead service, in conjunction with their knowledgeable and approachable staff puts their clients at the centre of all that they do.

Working out of the Plaza Building in St Pauls Square, we were tasked with updating their office space to captivate and rejuvenate their staff. Encouraging their focus on work life balance and enhancement of existing facilities.

We engaged Langtons at the initial design process providing detailed 2D designs and 3D visuals along with colour generated mood boards to bring the vision to life. Working with their managing partners to fine tune their needs and budget we delivered the following enhancements to their existing workspace.

We reconfigured their existing partitions, creating a new reception and zoom meeting room, adapted office space, and created a new multi-functional breakout space. This being the centre piece of the design with areas for eating, relaxing and informal meetings. In addition to these works we adapted all their electrical works to include new LED lighting throughout along with re-configuring floor boxes positions and additions. All walls and pillars received a new coat of paint with corporate colours being introduced subtly in the space, we used bespoke wallpaper, creative lighting features to make space pop and gel as a workspace.

Finally new furniture was introduced including desking, seating, and breakout furniture along with meeting room and reception pieces. A bespoke individually designed work Pod designed by the partners was introduced into the space to give staff a quiet place to talk and meet.
