Irvings Law cat B fit out

Irving’s had occupied a space on the 1st floor At Exchange Station Liverpool for approximately 20 years, originally fitted out by Aztec. We were delighted to be invited back at the end of lease, to fit out their new suite on the 3rd floor.

Aztec closely communicated with Irving’s through the design process of various stages to satisfy schemes that both suited Irving’s needs and budget.

We fitted extensive glass partitions to create cellular offices, meeting rooms, finance rooms, comms rooms and post rooms. We adapted the existing ventilation systems and installed new AC. Existing lighting and power were reconfigured to suit the new layout as was their fire alarm system. A new door entry system was installed and linked to the main building system. Ceilings were adapted and a new floor put in place for the breakout area. Finally, new furniture was installed though out.

Incidentally, two of our tradesmen from the original fit worked on the upgrade!
