Exchange Quay

The project involved a full Mechanical and Electrical design, installation and commissioning package for 11,000 ft2 demise, taken from a concrete shell. Aztec designed the full M&E category 6 network cabling system package for the landlord (Cat A)  and incoming tenant (Enhanced Cat B) following a series of technical design meetings.

The project brief included full ventilation and air handling system; full VRF system, controlled via AE 200 centralised controller; high efficiency LED and feature lighting; sub-floor Electrak bus-bar scheme; Cat 6 Data network, comms cabinets and fully air-conditioned comms room; and desk power. Aztec have the in-house technical capability to undertake both the landlord and tenant brief, providing a detailed cost plan and designs, along with visuals and proposed M&E plans in line with all current standards. An EPC A standard was achieved on this project.
